- Redemption is valid within 24 hours from the earlier purchase.
- Redemption Hours from 12pm – 8 pm daily at Level 1 booth (next to Beauty Language)
- Original receipts must be presented at the point of redemption. All receipts can only be utilised once. Receipts that are stamped “redeemed” cannot be re-used.
- Credit card/NETS charge slip, handwritten, duplicate or re-print receipt(s) will not be accepted for redemption.
- Transactions made at top-up card machines, atrium sales, fairs and pushcarts and/or transactions in relation to car park, purchases of gift vouchers/ memberships/ payment of bills are strictly EXCLUDED.
- All vouchers are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
- Strictly no reservation or exchange of the redeemable items are allowed. Redeemable items may also not be exchanged for cash.
